Edward Norton was recently the guest of the The Late Show with David Letterman. The star of American History X and Fight Club was promoting his new movie, Birdman during the show, but he also talked about the possibility of a sequel for one of the best poker movies ever made, Rounders.

The Golden Globe winning actor talked about his new movie called Birdman on the show, which is a dark comedy that many consider one of the best movies of the year.

Before talking about Birdman, the discussion revolved around the possibility of a sequel for Rounders, which has been rumored for the past few years. Letterman has stated that he is a big fan and he thinks that the movie is fantastic, then he asked about the sequel.

Norton has stated that there indeed is a possibilty for the sequel. The filming crew enjoyed themselves very much throughout the production.

He has also stated that he believes that the movie helped a lot with making poker more popular and has inspired people like Chris Moneymaker to start playing poker.

Norton has also added that his nickname in the movie is still following him:"I haven’t been to Vegas in years, because everyone keeps shouting "Worm!" when they see me".

With Norton confirming the possibility of the sequel, fans are left to wonder when the movie could come out. The writer duo of the original movie, David Levien and Brian Koppelman have already developed the story of the sequel, but the owners of film rights, Miramax, sees no business opportunity in making the movie.
