Seven players reached the final table after Day 4 of the Aussie Millions A$10,600 Main Event, the chip leader is James Rann but Brian Rast and online high stakes cash game pro Richard "nutsinho" Lyndaker have also made the final table.
30 players returned for Day 4 of the Aussie Millions Main Event after a hectic Day 3 that saw more than 100 players eliminated.
The chip leader was Raiden Kan with 1.775 million chips but Brian Rast, Richard "nutsinho" Lyndaker, Jonathan Roy, Ami Barer, Phil Ivey, Tony Hachem and Mike ”timex” McDonald were all in the hunt for the A$1.600,000 first prize.
The first player to bust was McDonald, he shoved with T-8 from the button and was eliminated by Ami Barer’s K-J.
He was soon followed by Jannis Bräuer, Dominic Coombe, Michael Pedley, Jonathan Roy, Stevan Chew and Lita Hsu.
Ivey busted in 23rd place, he got all the money in on a flop of Q-4-3 (three hearts) with K-Q (king of hearts). His opponent held A-K (ace of hearts) and made the nut flush on the turn to send Ivey packing.
Tony Hachem busted in 22nd place and was followed by Michael Addamo, Ryan Yu, Jan Suchanek, Jesse McKenzie, Gerald Karlic, Anthony Chen, David Longmate, Terence Clee, Sarkiss Osalian and Calvin Ho.
Defending champ Ami Barer busted in 11th place after 4bet shoving A-J into Lynskey’s T-T and failing to improve on the 8-5-4-T-3 board.
Raiden Kun busted in 10th place, Lynskey busted in 9th and the final elimination of the day was APPT Sydney and ANZPT Perth champion Grant Levy, he lost a coinflip against Lennart Uphoff.
