The World Poker Tour has visited Amsterdam for the first time ever, and the event seems to be a big success, with a total of 324 entries in the Main Event (which could still grow with registration open until the start of Day 2). WPT Mazagan champion Giacomo Fundaro built the biggest stack by the end of Day 1b, but there are plenty of other big names left in the field, including Sorel Mizzi, Dominik Nitsche, Steve O’Dwyer, Noah Boeken, Felix Stephensen and WPT Player of the Year Anthony Zinno.

There were 130 total entries on Day 1a of the World Poker Tour Amsterdam €3,300 Main Event including some of the best Dutch players like Noah Boeken, David Boyaciyan and international crushers such as Jack Salter, Ludovic Geilich and Sorel Mizzi, who won a SCOOP title just a few hours earlier.

There were plenty of big names that didn’t make it to Day 2, including Dan Heimiller, Yann "yadio" Dion and Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi.

Registration is open until the start of Day 2, play will resume from Wednesday 2:00 CET, check out the World Poker Tour website for live updates from the tournament!
