PartyPoker’s Caribbean Poker Party Festival kicked off on the 17th of November with a guaranteed prize pool of $10,000,000.
PartyPoker is putting bigger and bigger emphasis on the live tournament scene. Their poker festival, taking place in Dominican Republic attracted many players thanks to its schedule including 5 different tournaments with varying buy-ins.

A champion was already crowned in the $10,300 MILLION High Roller event.
Preben Stokkan took down the title and $275,000 after defeating Jonathan Little in the heads-up.
Only 26 players are left in the $1,100 MILIONS Open with Ioannis Angelou-Konstas in the chip lead.
The average chip stack is 31,230,769 the blind are 300,000/600,000/600,000.
There is also a $25,500 MILLIONS Super High Roller going on. Seven players are looking to climb the ladder since only six placed are paid and the bubble worths a cool $50,000.
PartyPoker Global Ambassador Sam Tricket is in the lead having 11,000,000 chips, followed by Sam Greenwood and Steffen Sontheimer both sitting on more than 8 million. The short stack is Brazil’s Rafael Moraes with 15 big blinds on the level of 100,000/200,000/200,000.
The $5,300 Millions Main Event with a guaranteed $5 million prizepool started on Tuesday, attracting 270 players on Day 1a. Notable players like PartyPoker Chairman Mike Sexton, $10,300 event runner-up Jonathan Little sat down to play. Currently Ireland’s Ronan Sweeney is holding the chiplead with 5,856,000 followed closely by long-tim high stakes player, PartyPoker pro Johnny Lodden.
