The casino expects 50 entries, which would create a prize pool of $25 million with a first place prize of $8.2 million. The website currently lists 31 registered players and consists almost entirely out of the games elite.

As we have previously reported, Caesars Entertainment released the schedule for the 2015 World Series of Poker with a total of 68 events. The $1,000,000 buy-in Big One for One Drop is missing from the schedule though, it will return in 2016.

At the end of February Tom Hall tweeted about a $500,000 buy-in tournament organized by the Aria Casino and businessman and poker player Cary Katz and details about the tournament were made public in the past few days.

Aria named the tournament Super High Roller Bowl (SHRB). On July 27 – 28 they are organizing a Celebrity Shootout tournament which will be followed by a high stakes cash game on July 30/July 1.

The SHRB will culminate in the $500,000 Super High Roller Bowl between July 2 – 4 and will immediately be followed by Day 1A of the WSOP Main Event.

The casino expects 50 entrants which would create a prize pool of $25.000.000 and the winner would receive $8.2 million.

Currently the following 31 players are registered, the fact that Dan ”jungleman12” Cates and Tom ”durrrr” Dwan are both playing in the tournament could prove especially interesting because of the durrrr Challenge 2 that is still in limbo because of Dwans refusal to pay.
