Bilzerian recently talked to CardPlayer magazine about his recent poker endeavours and a sick prop bet against frequent betting partner Bill Perkins.
Bilzerian said that he only played poker a couple of times every month this year, but this was still enough time for him to lose "a few millions". Bilzerian said he only sits down in games where the minimum buy-in is at least $100,000, in these games million dollar swings are definitely possible.
To recover his losses, Bilzerian made a crazy prop bet with Bill Perkins, who was also his betting partner in the $1 million biking prop bet. According to the bet, Bilzerian will row across the Atlantic ocean for $5 million.
The exact details have not been released yet, but the trip will be around 3,000 miles long and one of the possible routes would be a trip from England to New York. According to Bilzerian, fewer people have rowed across the Atlantic ocean than people have been in space and it would be the hardest challenge of his life.
