Mike "timex" McDonald was the guest of the joeingram1 podcast and has talked about making a cash game propbet. The tournament legend will have to beat the NL500 Zoom games and he is not allowed to get coaching from cash game specialists and can’t play on a lower limit to improve his game.
Joe "joeingram1" Ingram is one of the most popular podcast hosts in poker, his recent guest was Mike "timex" McDonald.
McDonald, who has accumulated more than $11.3 million in career winnings talked about a cash game propbet that he will be doing.
He has to beat the NL500 Zoom games until the start of the WSOP. He can’t get coaching to improve his game and he cannot step down in limits either. McDonald hasn’t shared many other details, it’s unknown who he bet against or what the stakes are.
The propbet has his own topic on the 2+2 forums, where McDonald stated that he will not share any further details, and that he believes that the topic is already giving him a very slight advantage because more weaker players might register into the pool to battle him.
McDonald promised to give an update once the challenge has ended regardless of the results.
