New Jersey Senator Ray Lesniak generated a lot of discussion with this Tweet, and later he implied that PokerStars could be opening its player pools so that US players would be finally able to play poker with the rest of the world. PokerStars has been very busy in the last few weeks, they invited former customers to two "open house" sessions where players could meet PokerStars representatives. PokerStars has also trademarked many of it’s logos and slogans, including "We Are Poker", "Zoom Poker" and "PokerStars Caribbean Adventure".

Based on the Senator’s tweets, it’s highly likely that PokerStars return to the USA market will include the operating of a live casino (as we mentioned, they already have a contract with Resorts Casino) and the possibility that player pools are going to be globally pooled.
