For those who enjoy Armani products being of fragrance to clothing, there is now a hotel to please your accessorized body. Armani Hotel, exclusively located in the Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai, has just recently opened its doors to the public, with its ribbon being cut by Giorgio Armani himself, of course. The hotel must have taken a large portion of the company’s holdings to build, but they have great expectations on return.
The luxury hotel contains 144 apartments, with Giorgio Armani having future plans to build other hotels like this in Milan, Marrakesh and Egypt as well, given that this one reaches the expected success.
Staying at the hotel will not come cheap, but is very comparable to the prices of the competition. Prices start at around $500 for a Studio Apartment per night, and the 85 square meter Executive Suite will set you back around $1000 per night. For the people who are looking to burn some money, there is a Signature Suite available and for $2200 per night, you get 235 square meters of pure minimalist design, the interior being designed by Giorgio Armani himself.
These sums don’t categorize as outstandingly high for a five star hotel. If we look at the MGM in Las Vegas, for example, we can see that it costs between $900 and $1600 for a night.
The Armani complex not only offers hotel accomodation, but also residence for those seeking to buy an apartment. Apartments in the residence section will start from around $4 million and work their way up.
Considering a trip to Dubai to see the new Armani hotel, first make sure you are aware of the strict rules and regulations you must abide by in Dubai.
