Martin Kabrhel has already taken down the Opening Event. King’s Casino at the German-Czech border in Rozvadov has become one of the busiest poker hubs in Europe.
Other than the nosebleed cash games hallmarked by the owner of the casino, Leon Tsoukernik, the casino is the host of several major tournaments, with the likes of the Partypoker LIVE MILLIONS events and the WSOP Europe.
The smaller sibling of the WSOP is the WSOP Circuit, where player all around the world can compete for the prestigious WSOP Rings as well as for the big prizes. WSOP Circuit has kicked off at the 20th of September in Rozvadov, drawing the attention of the whole poker world. It was one of the countries most accomplished players, Martin Kabrhel, who managed to outlast the field of 1,116 (including 270 re-entries) to take down the €53,938 and the ring. Martin beat fellow Czech player Josef Gulás heads-up.
The festival is still buzzing with several tournaments running, with the likes of the €330 PLO event or the €550 WSOP Circuit Monster. Other exciting events such as the €666 6-max NLH event or the €330 Turbo. The biggest event will be the €1,650 Main Event offering a cool €1 million GTD.
Last time, it was Amar Begovic who managed to triumph, when he shipped the 2018 WSOP Circuit Rozvadov Spring Edition ME for €220,000.

Right after the Circuit end on the 8th, the WSOP Europe takes place so players don’t even need to hit the road. WSOPE will offer even more tournaments, more formats and bigger prize pools for players. HORSE, Mixed Game, PLO, PLO8, and NLHE games are all on the menu, as well as high-roller events with buy-ins up to €25,000 and a Super High Roller, which players will need to reach deep into their pockets for considering the €100K buy-in.
The €10,350 Main Event will kick off on October 27 with €5,000,000 in guaranteed prizes.
Stay tuned for the updates!
