Laurent Tapie and Prosper Jerémy Masquelier are now appointed director and deputy director, respectively, of New Full Tilt Limited in Dublin, Ireland.
Full Tilt Poker shows activity
Positive news has surfaced recently regarding Full Tilt Poker (FTP). New Full Tilt Limited has been registered and Groupe Bernard Tapie CEO Laurent Tapie has been appointed director of the firm. Next in line is Prosper Jerémy Masquelier, a renowned French businessman and TV show producer, who created Tournament of Aces, a French poker series, among else. Previously, he has been part of the Partouche Group. New Full Tilt Limited, officially founded on 14 February, 2012 has a starting capital of €1,000,000; none of this information has been published until now.
What is more, following the hiring of a support team, additional job offers were posted on the jobs.ie website. Pocket Kings Ltd. is hiring cashier operators and security personnel.
Finally, ESPN poker expert Andrew Feldman has recently tweeted that he had been informed about an upcoming major announcement concerning FTP, although he had been given no further information. This could mean the successful completion of negotiations, or something about the FTP software; this latter assumption is based on the fact that the FTP website has recently shown activity with 411 players, 14,451 tables and 4 tournaments online. The figures were, however, static and the room has remained inaccessible; it was probably a software test. At the time of the publication of this post, the site is once again completely down, reporting “System Update”.
I will keep you posted on any updates.
