The Vienna Poker Festival is the best excuse you can get to visit the beautiful city of Vienna in the heart of Europe. The main event of the festival is the Concord Card Million III, kicking off on 27 November with a €500 + €50 buy-in and a whopping €1,000,000 prize pool. On 6 December, another highlight event launches: the €220 Vienna Deluxe Challenge with €75,000 in guaranteed prize money.
Concord Card Million III
Traditionally, the Day 1 events of the Concord Card Million tournament run at different locations. This year, card rooms in Vienna (Simmering), Linz, Salzburg, Kufstein, Innsbruck, Bregenz, Bratislava and Prague host them. Qualifying players meet in Vienna and those who do not make it can also travel to the Austrian capital to try their luck in two Last Chance events to qualify. The Last Chance tournaments take place on 4 and 5 December and only players who have previously entered any of the starting days are eligible to participate.
The Final Table of the Concord Card Million III is held between 6 and 8 December 2013 in Vienna.
Vienna Deluxe Challenge
As the Concord Card Million III finale, the €220 Vienna Deluxe Challenge is also running from 6 to 8 December. Players eliminated from the Concord Card Million can join in on one of three Day 1 events.
It goes without saying that satellites and side events are also part of the Vienna Poker Festival programme. Find the full schedule in the table below.
