Day 3 of Event #12 $10,000 NLHE Heads-Up in the World Series of Poker 2012 featured the semi-finals and the finale of the tournament with Tommy Chen against Brian Hastings and Jason Mo against Brock Parker.
Players started the semi-finals of WSOP 2012 Event #12 $10,000 NLHE Heads-Up with 640,000 in chips plus two add-ons for stacks of a total of 1,920,000 each.
On Level 72 (12,000/24,000), Chen already asked for his second add-on, busting out with J

T but he managed to come back, starting the next level with a slight edge. Hastings, however, succeeded in grabbing the lead once again and, eventually, they shoved on Level 76 (40,000/80,000) preflop:

Meanwhile, Parker acquired a lead with 1,650,000 with both his add-ons still available, when Mo had 1,000,000 left and no add-ons. He managed to come back nevertheless, forcing Parker to use his add-ons but even those could not help him. With a top pair, Mo was in the finale, too. Hastings seemed unstoppable, though; he developed an edge over the first couple of hands and dominated the match all along. Mo could double up once but the finale as over on Level 81 (40,000/80,000) with two consecutive hands nevertheless.
